Matuê is a Brazilian rapper, singer and songwriter who is known for his trap music and his harmonic vocals. He was born in Fortaleza, Ceará, in 1993, and spent three years of his childhood in Oakland, California. He started his musical career in 2015 with a reggae mixtape, but gained popularity with his trap singles “Anos Luz” in 2017 and “Banco” in 2019. He is the founder and creative director of the label and producer 30PRAUM. He released his debut album “Máquina do Tempo” in 2020, which has over 110 million views on YouTube. He is considered one of the symbols of Brazilian trap.
